Chef Job in San Diego, California

Looking for a chef for a Pakistani restaurant in San Diego, California (Hillcrest location). To be considered, you: Must know how to operate a tandoor. Must have previous work experience in a restaurant in the US. Must be able to run a kitchen with minimum help. Must be willing to do more than just chef's duties as time permits (e.g., clean lobby, ring up customers, etc.). This is a new, non-franchised restaurant, and everyone is expected to wear more than just one hat). No Shaan Masala or similar "recipes-in-a-box" will be used to make food in this kitchen. We are focusing on 100% authentic Pakistani food made from scratch. No relocation expenses or housing or transport will be provided! Looking to interview and hire as soon as possible
