Chef Job in Kissimmee, Florida

Hello! I'm reaching out because we're putting together a 10-20 person mastermind event we are hosting at a house we rented at The Bear’s Den @ Reunion Community in Celebration, FL on September 26th and 27th. I can provide photographs of the kitchen beforehand so you have a better idea of the layout. We’re looking to bring someone in to prepare dinner for the group either one or both of the nights. I’m not sure what the process is like as I’ve never done this before but I’m assuming that you would bring all the food and ingredients needed for dinner. My other question is how do we come up with a menu? In regards to what we were thinking for meals, we’re a very simple group and were looking for American style food. One night possibly meats like sliders, potatoes, a salad. Maybe another night something more fancy like steak & fish options. Even maybe something like a taco bar night with some sides. Potentially dessert too depending on pricing. Any food restrictions will not be known until we hear back from our attendees. Just looking to get this process started so we can get our ducks in a row and be all set up in advance. Please let me know what questions I can answer to get a quote locked down.
