Chef Job in Tampa, Florida

I'm an
Individual
Looking for 2 partners I am not looking for any monetary investment, however your Labor is your investment. Experience running a kitchen is required and at least a basic understanding of business, finance, and operations is a must. Looking for 2 individuals that are willing to work beyond 40 hours and most importantly one partner DOING THE COOKING, MAKING THE PIZZA, SAUCES, PASTA, BUILD THE DELI SANDWICH, WORK THE GRILL, PREPARE ALL DISHES ON THE MENU. As the re start grows we will hire the help AS NEEDED but I do not want all of the income coming in from sales going to a chef that only wants to delegate others and sit back and do back office administrated work. The other partner must be an experienced bartender the bar management experience. If you are seeking a salary or to pay yourself, this is not a posting for you. You get paid from the profits as expenses are paid. My wife and I own the property however rent for the property must be paid as an expense, however, there will be no rent as part of the expense until 3 months after we open for business. We are in the middle of getting wet zoned and we own a 4cop liquor license that we are transferring from another location on South Howard Ave. My wife is the owner of Royal Palace Thai restaurant. The property is currently NoHo Junction Food Hall. We will convert the Food Hall into a bar concept while still keeping a small food hall presence.. We have had many inquiries from other restaurant groups to rent the property so they can do their concept but with them unwilling to do a percent based rent, we are not interested. That is why we decided to just find 2 partners in that same manor and if the projections from what they told us are true, than we would be looking at 1-2 million the first year. Minus the labor costs. How I plan to cut the labor costs is not by hiring a chef and bartender but making them a partner. The amount they would make working for someone compare to slitting profits an even 3 ways is I believe an interesting opportunity to consider. With everything in place except the wet zoning it is turn key. We could open the food aspect today, pay the bills and build up a clientele on the food aspect while promoting a grand opening with a full liquor bar. It is a 4,000 sq ft building. We are also investing in new furniture, building out the bar and building an outside deck that will have aprox. 40 seats. We have a 109" scene with Sony projector with numerous TV (50 -60") around the entire interior About 10 in total with a great sound system. We will work together in creating events and other promotions to bring in business. this is a place where we expect a large catering business as well to provide additional income. we are in a still growing re development area in North Hyde Park / West Tampa on Cass St. 1 minute from the University of Tampa. 2 minutes from Downtown, 5 minutes from Davis island, Harbor Island and Hyde Park. If you are interested and willing to grow your own business without any investment of money contact me soon. We have already put this plaN IN MOTION BUT JUST NEED 2 MORE WHO WILL SACRFICE WHAT THEY CURRENTLY MAKE IIN A WAGE OR SALARY AND USE THAT TIME INTO OPENING THEIR OWN BUSINESS WITH A ESTIMATED 1-2 MILLION THE FIRST YEAR. That is based on you making a full commitment, with enough in your nest egg that will allow you to work many hours a week for free until the business makes a profit. it is a risk but you will not be risking any savings, any money from your pockets, only what you may not earn at first. But to me, there is a big difference between loosing money as compared to just making money form a wage or salary. Neither partner will lose money. Contact me at [email protected] for more details. Thank You
