Chef Job in El Campo, Texas

Looking for chefs to do classes inside of our retail business in El Campo, Tx. Have had a gourmet kitchen store for 8 years, with classes 6 of the 8. Have been at this retail location for 13 years-in the retail/wholesale industry for 40 years. Classes usually take place in the evenings during the week--for 2 hours-but would not be opposed to some "lunch & learns" as well. Most classes we have done are "hands on" with students eating as they cook. Chefs we have been using: Chef Dorothy Huang, Chef Nick Castelburg, and Chef Mike Morphew.
