Adresse de l’entreprise : 634 Grande Allée E., Québec, QC, G1R 2K5 Lieu de travail : voir ci-dessus Type d’emploi : Temps plein - Permanent Date prévue de début d’emploi : Dès que possible Description des tâches : • Préparer et faire cuire des plats ou des repas complets ; faire cuire les aliments sur le grill • Préparer et faire cuire des repas spéciaux pour des clients, conformément aux directives du chef cuisinier • Préparer des plats destinés à des clients souffrant d'allergies ou d'intolérances alimentaires • Inspecter les cuisines et les aires de services • Former le personnel dans la préparation, la cuisson et la manipulation des aliments • Superviser le personnel des cuisines et les aides • Tenir l'inventaire et les dossiers sur la nourriture, les articles et l'équipement • Nettoyer la cuisine et les espaces de travail • Gérer les activités de la cuisine Exigences : - Education: Avoir terminé les études secondaires est requis. - Expérience: Au moins 3 ans d’expérience comme cuisinier/cuisinière sont requis. Si le candidat ne possède pas ce niveau d’expérience, un certificat d’études post-secondaires est requis. - Travail sous pression - Un diplôme en cuisine est un atout. In the event that the candidate does not have 3 years of experience then a post-secondary certificate is required - Work under pressure - A cooking degree is an asset. Shifts will be dependent on volume, schedule can be established between 8:00AM and 12:00PM (the opening hours of the restaurant).
