We have events every weekend and need prep during the week and also line cook work for the events on Sundays.
We work out of a well established commissary kitchen in DTLA, hours and times flexible for prep. Must have Food Handler Card, ServSafe Manager card ideal.
Pay based on experience. We also smoke onsight on Saturdays. Great opportunity to learn about smoking and bbq as well.
Must be vaccinated to work in the kitchen.
