Chef Job in Van Nuys, California

Hello! I just moved to LA from SF and have been on a long-term elimination diet. I worked with a personal chef in SF for the past 10 months, and we had a great relationship, I was sad to not be able to continue to work together when I moved. I have plans to reintroduce foods in the coning weeks/months, but at this point I am on a strict elimination diet. Ideally, I would love to have 2x/week meal deliveries of snacks, lunches, and dinners. I am looking to work with someone who: 1. Is familiar with the AIP diet and elimination diets. 2. Cooks with traditional anti inflammatory oils only (avocado, olive, coconut). 3. Sources ingredients well (organic, pasture raised, grass fed, etc). 4. Uses non toxic cookware (stainless steel, cast iron, ceramic, no plastics). Please let me know if you can help, thanks so much :)
