Chef will have the opportunity to create high-end gourmet market food, oversee the award winning cheese and charcuterie programs, create private event menus for wine and private dinner events and develop new food related programs. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to manage staff, manage all kitchen responsibilities, be creative and work family friendly hours . In addition, Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of professional, commensurate experience. Cork Market is the sister company to the award winning restaurant Cork Wine Bar . Cork Market is a boutique wine store with over 300 selections of small production, sustainably made wines. The market also offers freshly prepared food, cheese, and charcuterie, as well as specialty food items. Cork Market hosts regular wine tastings, classes and other special wine events and private dinners. The Tasting Room is a beautiful loft space where we hold our wine-related events, and is also available to reserve for private events.
