Seoul Kitchen is an exciting new concept boasting new and approachable dishes that feature unique flavors and concepts, drawing inspiration from traditional Korean and Asian flavors, realized with modern techniques. Our goal is to bring modern techniques and excellence in the quality of both our food and hospitality to the suburbs of beautiful Westford! With a dining room of over 140 seats and booming 25 seat bar, our aim is to have a dining room that's a blast for both our guests and staff. The beverage program will showcase a selection of rotating local craft beers as well as craft cocktails utilizing fresh juices along fun and inventive presentations. We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in French, American & Asian cuisine. Knowledge of Korean cuisine will be an added bonus.
