Brossa’s Cibo e Vino is located in the heart of Brenham, Texas, and has recently opened in this eclectic small community that is quickly growing and has presented excellent opportunity for our little Italian restaurant. Brian Brossa is the owner & operator and has designed a menu that is ingredient forward, fresh and will move into the realm of locally produced meats, produce and house made pasta. The menu was co-created with Executive Chef Kate McLean and part owner of Tony’s Houston, she has organized everything down to the gram and we are looking for is an inspired chef to step into her shoes to be a part of this exciting venture! We define our restaurant as a Fine Italian Bistro & Full Bar, wine tastings to come in the near future.
