Colorado’s Best Coffee, Tea & Sandwich E-Café (CBC E-Café) is a new and innovative coffee E-café located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The 2466 square feet café will be located in a newly developed retail space for lease called ‘The Shoppes at Flying Horse.” Highway 83 is directly adjacent to the shop entry and Interstate highway I-25 is approximately one mile from the E-café. Aptly named after the state of Colorado and will feature high quality coffee, tea, and gourmet sandwiches, the Colorado’s Best Coffee, Tea & Sandwich E-Café will offer different products that will stand out from it’s competitors. Colorado’s Best Coffee, Tea & Sandwich E-Café will offer an alternative to fast food restaurants and commercial coffee shops. In partnership with the Caribou Coffee Company, this E-café will serve Caribou Coffee’s high quality beverages and specialty gourmet food in a relaxed, calm, technology friendly environment. This new and exciting E-Café is scheduled to open on 31 July 2016. We are accepting applications for qualified and experienced Chefs. We are strongly looking for recent graduates and Veterans, however all applications will be reviewed and considered. Job Summary and Mission We are looking for candidates who will contribute long-term to CBC E-Cafe’s success by providing outstanding customer service to all customers. These jobs will require candidates with a positive attitude and dedication to deliver customers with prompt service, quality beverages, products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Perform with integrity, honesty and knowledge that will promote the culture, values and mission of CBC E-Café. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary. Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with each customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Follows all operational policies and procedures, including those for order handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.
