I am celebrating my 40th birthday in Kingston WA with a small group of 5 of my closest friends (6 people total). I would like to stay well under $100 per person, and am interested in flavorful cuisine (mexican, soul food, mediterranean, BBQ, etc).
We are a group of Black women who love bold flavors! The meal does not have to be 3 courses. I am really just looking for a tasty main course and maybe an appetizer or dessert.
