Responsibilities Menu Development and Execution: Conceptualize, create, and implement innovative menus for all dining outlets, including à la carte, tasting menus, special events, and private dining experiences. Ensure consistent execution of high-quality dishes across all culinary operations. Stay abreast of culinary trends and techniques, incorporating them into menus as appropriate. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in food presentation and plating. Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and service. Lead, train, and mentor a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Manage food and labor costs effectively, maximizing profitability while maintaining quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and sanitation protocols.
