Cooking, must have food handlers card or safe serve certificate Menu planning ( farm to table) Shopping for food Kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning Ensuring the kitchen utilities are maintained Stock control and inventory Managing the pantry and food areas Regularly cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer, and discarding out-of-date products Preparing beautiful table presentations for meals and dinner parties As well as these kitchen and cooking-related duties, the housekeeper cook will continue to manage and clean other aspects of the property ( we have a housekeeper so things are maintained. Their will be laundry and help organizing rooms), ensuring the family’s needs are met with the housekeeping and cooking requirements for 3 adults. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 depending experience.
