The ideal candidate for this position should have a good experience in one of the Montreal kitchens, knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards. Consistency and a flair excellence are essential, as you will be responsible for exécution of the daily menu items and depending on the Weekly available produce create the play of the week.
