Hello!
My name is Brian Reid and I am looking for a FRIENDLY chef to help with a backyard BBQ party that I am throwing in late July.
We are expecting about 85 guests at our house in Midland Park, NJ and I am hoping to hire a chef to man the grill for the afternoon & early evening. Although I am a fan of getting extreme with culinary adventures, I am looking to keep it on the more basic side for this BBQ as we are working within a budget.
MOST IMPORTANTLY THOUGH: we are looking for someone who will be friendly and courteous to all of our guests.
