Hi- I will be hosting a friendsgiving with 8 adults (4 couples) at our family home in Sylva. I'm looking for a mix of traditional and modern dishes.
One of the guests has an allergy to milk protein, so no dairy and must be very careful not to cross contaminate. I would prefer no dishes use dairy (rather substitute) so that she feels safe and comfortable eating the entire meal.
