Seeking Sous Chef to work beside Head Chef with 25 years experience in an existing Italian Bistro in Hawthorne, New Jersey.
Kitchen is fully functional with several line chef, salad prep and dishwashers preparing up to 200 meals per day. Both a la Carte and set menus.
Two dining rooms 130 and 70 seats plus opportunity for additional outdoor dining in summer months.
Bistro is open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner plus has events / parties scheduled on weekends with pre-fix menus.
