We are a true British Pub opening in downtown Dover NH. We will be a European sports enthusiast pub open for lunch and dinner seven days per week and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. We will be a scratch kitchen putting out high quality food as well as two full bars. Ideal candidate will have high volume restaurant experience, a passion for soccer, be organized and able to create daily/weekly specials, be able to build a team and great with food cost/labor budgeting. The sky is the limit with this concept and the candidate we choose will be eligible for profit sharing.
