I'm looking for an evening dinner for 9 people. My family are of European decent (Italian/Croatian) and big into seafood. As this will be a mature crowd, they'll have experienced a lot of food in different locations around the world. We're not fussy but just looking for something different or innovative--off the beaten path if you will. Would you be able come up with something accordingly where food and presentation are unique? I have full kitchen (6 gas burners, 2 ovens and plenty of prep space).
