Chef Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm Julie, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada and I am looking for a talented chef. I'm searching for an experienced professional with a passion for developing unique dining experiences with excellent plating skills. I'm looking for a chef with a strong knowledge of current culinary trends and the ability to create innovative dishes. It is essential that the chef has a creative eye and excellent plating of French and American cuisine. I need a chef who is comfortable working in a well organized fast paced, private kitchen environment and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also feel comfortable announcing the dishes, and have experience in managing his/hers team with cooks and a small crew and be able to maintain a sanitary and safe kitchen. This service is for a high end clientele for small party of 18 people. We do these events quarterly. Our next event is June 11-12th Lunch with 3 course meal (starter, entree and dessert) Plated Service with helpers to serve and clear dishes, also clean up afterwards.
