Looking to move to Southern California. Hiring Smoker Chef. We are opening a Texas BBQ in downtown Los Angeles, serving only Brisket, Pecan & Apple Pie, Mac & Cheese, Beans, Tortillas & Cornbread. Only the Brisket will be cook onsite in 2 - Southern Pride SPX 300. Please email your resume. Must have 3 years minimum experience as the BBQ cooker. The Pay is $60,000 per year salary. My Grandmother Pearl moved from Ulvade TX in 1904 to downtown Los Angeles, in her honor our place is "Pearl's BBQ" - the Apple pie is her recipe. Pearl's is in a parking lot with Picnic Tables, 32' Airstream trailer and a large corrugated metal sled.
