I am looking for chefs who handle the food ordering for restaurants. I run an urban microgreens farm, producing fresh, local and beautiful microgreens. Microgreens are perfect for adorning dishes and providing tasteful replacements to lettuce on burgers, sandwiches and salads. I can sell per 10x20 flat, or I can cut, wash and weigh.
