I need someone to plan, buy groceries and make healthy meals in my home 2-3 days a week. I love really good food---that is fresh, made from scratch with lots of flavor. I am on a sodium-restricted diet at this time which makes relying on the freshness and combination of other flavors and textures in meals even more important than usual. I have never been someone who "pours on the salt" though anyone who knows what a medically defined "sodium-restricted" diet means knows it is a special challenge when it comes to making tasty, good food.
I want meals where there are leftovers
