My son has been diagnosed with diabetes...I want 2 lunch's and 2 dinners...low carb, no sugar, no cheese, no butter. Perhaps grilled shrimp or organic chicken, with organic grilled or roasted veggies, cooked in a quality extra virgin olive oil. Perhaps 2 great organic salads with 2 unpeeled ripe avocados, carrots, red, yellow and green pepper, and cucumbers...Very simple, healthy, healing food.
