Chefs, to me, are artisans. I so admire their craft and the fluid way their minds and tastebuds work together. As I mentioned, I'm a single dad of twin girls and a small business owner who loves to cook as well as the social, environmental, and romantic aspects of sharing food and creativity with friends. While trying to juggle all that I have going on I'd also like to have someone come teach me far more than I already know about cooking healthy, easy, adventurous and inspiring meals. simple, right!... ;)
