Not sure this is the proper forum for what I'm about to say, but I really need a plant based diet and I need help.. Some who can prepare a week's worth of food, every week. I've been in bad shape, poor eating due to my monther passing on.. I can't eat processed foods and truly need your help. I don't know where to start but I seem to be fading.. I hardly eat because I refuse to eat fast food and nothing appeals to me that I used to eat.. I'm depressed and homebound due to my depressed condition.. Please help me, please call or reach out.. I need help with proper plant based food. I've lost weight and I'm not overweight.. I. Just can't get the proper nutrients and nutrition..
