Chef Job in Saint Hedwig, Texas

I need a kitchen manager to take over the everyday fundamentals of running a kitchen. Including, but not limited to Labor control, inventory, food cost, waste management. I also need someone who is creative and who is ready to put their own personal stamp on our cuisine. Must have good people skills, good management skills and know how to run the line in a fast paced environment.
