Chef Job in Mandeville, Louisiana

We are an Italian restaurant with provincial French influence. We are hiring a chef de cuisine with Italian and French background experience. Starting pay is negotiable according to experience plus bonuses. We are looking for someone to be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, recipe development, daily operations, financial responsibility, portion and inventory control, food quality, and employee supervision. Someone to provide leader ship training and hands on management of the kitchen staff.
