This role involves preparing customized weekly meals based on each client’s preferences and goals, including but not limited to weight loss, anti-inflammatory protocols, or simply helping busy families have nutritious, home-cooked meals ready to go. The focus is on using high-quality ingredients, delivering flavorful and creative dishes, and providing a seamless, stress-free experience for the client. Each meal prep contract pays $1,500 per month, and chefs can take on multiple clients if they wish, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, flexible income while showcasing their culinary talents.
