I am a 48-year-old woman who is currently tackling cancer. I am just about to embark on a keto-based diet.
At first, a nutritionist will be planning my meals. I will need help preparing those meals for the week. Afterwards, I will need help to plan and prepare my meals for each week, without the nutritionist's guidance.
I am overwhelmed by this prospect! I am looking to hire at the end of August/early September.
