Chef Job in Slinger, Wisconsin

The Slinger House is looking for an experienced kitchen manager/chef who is a hands on leader. Must have experience in high volume, fast paced environments, work well under pressure and maintain a calm presence especially during high peak times. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to lead through example. Responsibilities include: Food and supply ordering and organization. Food production management and organization. Hiring, training, scheduling and managing kitchen staff. Basic computer skills. Maintain profitable labor, disposable and food costs. Ability to complete and calculate food inventories.
