Cooking on the line working with seafood. Everything from fish to king crab. Fast pace and quality output of fish dishes to fries. Prep accordingly to what is needed day by day. Be on time and punctual. Good hygiene and in uniform ready to work. Clean and sanitize regularly and maintain a clean kitchen. Deep cleans are done once every two weeks.
