I am looking for a chef to help me develop an entire restaurant menu. This is the kind of project that would not just be a one day event. I will provide all the food and supplies needed to come up with the entire menu. The food type is Southern Cuisine. I am willing to pay a chef either by a negotiated flat rate fee or by the hour. Also, I am flexible with the hours. If you are interested please contact me. The job will start in the second week of September
