We are seeking an experienced chef to lead a live culinary demonstration, showcasing food and wine pairings while educating guests on various wine types. The ideal candidate will also discuss the benefits of the farm-to-table trend, highlighting the use of seasonal, local ingredients. Strong public speaking skills and a passion for sustainable cooking are essential. The event is in Baltimore, a 3 hour demonstration plus time for preparation will be required. Since this is a expo event, food preparation may not be done on the premises rather food may be arranged via the hotel and the focus would be on the pairing of food and wine. Public speaking and demonstration is required. May continue the culinary demonstration for future depending on the chef personality.
