Hello, I’m looking for a Head Chef for my restaurant, essentially I have a restaurant opening the beginning of March 2018, its not super fancy but definitely not fast food somewhere in the middle, Like Urth, it’s a very healthy organic restaurant but also some cafe items and meat eaters choices, were still choosing places but most likely located in West LA, we want it to compete with Kreation and Urth so keep that in mind when thinking of the vibe, these and A few other restaurants but mainly those, if your interested I have a few questions 1. Are you proficient in creating a diverse amount of healthy foods? 2. Are you a business minded individual? 3. How’s your people skills? 4. Are you truly passionate about food? 5. Can you teach waiters and cooks how you want everything to be done 6. How good are you at taking direction? 7. How well can you venture out of food and into dessert and drinks like coffee and boba? 8. Are you able to create “Pretty” very presentable food? 9. Are you able to create or at least sustain business relationships with vendors? 10. What were your past occupations, who and where did you work?
