Hello! We are a husband and wife team who are looking to open a new, exciting restaurant in Vancouver early next year. Between the two of us we have over 30 years of hospitality experience. The restaurant envision is one with a warm, family atmosphere and a emphasis on local, fresh ingredients and shared plates. Being that our previous experience is mostly behind the bar we plan to have a very well crafted drink program and we hope to have a fantastic kitchen to compliment the drinks and atmosphere.
