Chef Job in Newport Beach, California

We're looking for a in-home personal chef that can travel to Newport Beach on a regular basis. You'll be cooking for 1 person (the client). The client wants the private chef to cook an in-home fresh meal as often as possible, but understands that this might be an unreasonable request for some chefs. We are flexible and we're open to working with you to figure out a schedule and meal plan that works for everyone. The client moves between Las Vegas and Newport Beach every other month, usually. He'll be here for 3-5 weeks, then will leave for 3-5 weeks. For the months where he might not be in town, we'll pay you your full rate as a retainer to keep you available. (Carrots, Broccoli, Sweet Potato, Beets, Cauliflower) 170g Greek Yogurt 5g of Raw Honey and 50g Blackberries 50g Raspberries Olives Raw Cheddar Snack ProMix Isolate Protein 12 Almonds. Soaked and Pealed Dinner 40g Animal Protein (Organic Chicken, Grass fed / finished Beef / Steak, Bison) 2 portion of 50g - 100g of different vegetables, ideally rich in fiber and complex carbs.
