Chef Job in Fort Collins, Colorado

I'm looking for a trained professional chef to prepare a high-end/fine dining experience in my otherwise normal-sized kitchen as a romantic holiday "date night." Historically, we enjoy celebrating holidays and other special occasions with multi-course offerings, wine pairings, bread, desserts, everything. With 2020 taking that off the menu this season, I'm looking for something private instead. The ideal candidate will provide everything from A-Z: cutlery to appropriate serving dishes and plates; with just as much care and attention detail in their food preparation as the serving and ambience one would expect in a fine dining restaurant. This will be a candlelit dinner for three, and while we've recently gone alcohol-free, might be willing to pop open a bottle of wine or two. No major dietary restrictions, although one guest does not prefer seafood and another is allergic to tree nuts (peanuts are OK). Would love to get an idea for sample menus and/or put together something really unique for each guest. Budget is not of tremendous concern for this evening. Thank you!
