I have just been diagnosed with acute calculous cholecystitis. Which means a low fat diet for 8-10 weeks while I wait for gallbladder removal surgery. I am hoping someone can show me how to cook low fat so that I can sustain the lifestyle after surgery to keep healthy. The cook would be for my Mother and I, she has no health restrictions, but wants to learn and eat better. The job is needed for the time before surgery and 1-2 weeks after. If wages are an issue, willing to negotiate. Cooking times can be worked out, not everyday would be needed.
