Chef Job in Dallas, Texas

My client owns a Penthouse in downtown Dallas that will be entertaining clients there on Thursday, May 29 from 5-7pm. We want a family style dinner that has a beef entree and some vegetarian sides. One of the clients is a vegetarian that eats eggs and dairy and prefer sourdough above all other breads. No fish. No potato. No radish. No mushroom. Glutton is fine. The other client is a big beef eater and does not like any sauce on the beef, rather on the side. We want a starter, entree, sides and a grab and go dessert like a box of truffles or cookies as everyone will be leaving right at 7pm to catch flights. I am open for the daily rate for this as well as any pre-planning hours it may include. I would reimburse your for the food as well. Mike
