I'd like someone to prepare a week's worth of meals for me every week, to free up my time to work on a side business. My diet is mostly vegetables, fruits, and vegan protein sources like tofu, seitan, lentils, and beans. I have 4 meals a day (1600 - ... calories) and I aim for a minimum of 80 g of protein per day. Some more things to know about me: - I'm strictly vegan. - I can order the groceries for you. - I can pre-soak lentils, beans, rice, etc. for you. - I don't need a lot of variety in my meals. 2-4 dishes portioned into 28 servings (4 meals a day) would be fine. - I don't like curries or stews that are heavy on sauce or dressing. - I like all vegetables except peppers - I'm sensitive to spicy food
