Marky’s Caviar is opening up a retail/caviar bar in February/March on Madison ave. We are looking for an Executive/Sous Chef to create our menu seasonally and to make the dishes. We have no hot kitchen, but have a couple turbo chefs and nice bar prep area. We were thinking of doing 6-9 courses on the menu. Since we are a small location, we want to stay simple and organized.
