Chef Job in Kihei, Hawaii

Hello! I’m looking to hire a private chef to cook lunch for 2 for my partner's birthday on Sunday, October 3rd. Our budget is $400 total. We live in South Kihei. For us, the value in going with a personal chef vs a restaurant for his birthday is to be able to get a menu that is really killer, even with all of our dietary restrictions. For instance, we could easily go to Morimotos and get great fish anytime, but we are limited to fish/meat-based simple meals with most restaurants on Maui. It would be fun for us to have things that we normally could NOT have at a restaurant because they wouldn't make the sauce to our needs, etc. :) Our dietary restrictions: Partner & Me: no gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, nutritional yeast, canola oil, natural flavors, artificial flavors, MSG, citric acid, artificial colors, tuna, or pork Me Only: no nuts, seeds, alcohol. (I don’t have a nut allergy, but I don’t digest them well. I do have celiac disease and have strong reactions to gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, and soy.) We had a chef lined up and she had created the following menu for us, but unfortunately she had an emergency arise on the mainland and had to leave island asap. So, I’m hurrying to find someone to ensure Tony has a special birthday dinner! Here was the menu: Course 1: coconut crab & luau leaf bisque Course 2: wild mushroom pizza Course 3: Kauai shrimp & crab risotto with sea asparagus Course 4: tiramisu (Tony’s favorite dessert) Here are foods that Tony loves: Italian pasta dishes with white sauce Seafood Shrimp Scampi over fettciuni or linguini noodles w/ garlic bread Shrimp Pasta with white sauce Risotto Clam Linguini Broccoli Asparagus Artichokes A pizza appetizer option would be to-die-for because we never can have this out - always 1 or 2 ingredients that we can’t have; most use nut-based cheeses, while I can only do oat-milk cheese or potato-based cheeses.
