Chef Job in Valrico, Florida

I'm an
Individual
Hello! I am looking to find a chef to provide meal prep services on a weekly meal prep service for our family of four (2 adults, 2 toddlers). We have a preference for organic, low sodium, low sugar, whole foods. We currently meal prep a majority of our food and our kids get home lunches every day for school. However, as we both work full time, this can be time consuming and hectic week to week. We’d likely be looking for mostly lunch/dinner prep, with the occasional bulk prep of a freezer breakfast item (for example, we’ll make mini quiches or egg bites and throw them in the freezer for an easy breakfast option over the next few weeks). We’d be fine with either a fully ready to go meal, or something that takes a little more cooking, but is mostly ready to go. We’d prefer our kids to have the same menu and options as us, but since they’re so little, I would probably count them as a single adult portion, since they do not eat nearly as much as we do! I’ve attached a link of a list of some things we have made in the past to give you an idea of where we are at. We genuinely are open to nearly any cuisine type, as long as it’s (relatively) healthy (we try to avoid recipes that are heaped with cheese, butter, etc. as cheap flavor…!) and we also have a relatively low tolerance for spicy foods. We are definitely not averse to flavor or spices, but anything with strong chili flakes, cayenne, etc. we will cut by half or more since we all have sensitive stomachs to those flavors. tinyurl . com /frankelfood To give you a little extra background on our family, my mother was a stay-at-home mom who made everything from scratch, so I was fortunate enough to inherit her talent and drive for primarily home-cooked meals! In addition, my husband attended culinary school and was a chef in NY in his 20s and then switched over to a corporate career. We are both very passionate about feeding our family with home-cooked, clean foods, but we frankly have been having a hard time keeping up with our demanding jobs lately. So we are looking to see if having some skilled help in the kitchen every week is within the budget and will help us alleviate some of the scramble and also make some room for a little more creativity back in our food, as we are stuck in a rut of easy meals out of necessity.
