Mold toxicity triggered Mast cell activation and ME/CFS. I am healing with detox, diet and meditation but I am a full time grad student with a job and have seen my nutrition slip, which has had a negative impact on my health. I need to have fresh or pre-prepared frozen food rotating ingredients to avoid intolerance. I am looking for someone who understands how to use food for healing and can help me having a rotational diet available. Thanks!
