Chef Job in Ville-Marie, Quebec

You will work under a Chef/Culinary director who has opened dozens of luxury hotels around the world for brands like W, Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental, and Fullerton Hotels Singapore. I have trained and collaborated with Michelin Star chefs around world. We run a boutique culinary agency. This agency runs a tasting menu-only Supper Club, a cooking class, and market and culinary tours. We are looking for people capable of doing all these areas. The start will be part-time, but for those motivated there is potential to grow into a partner role with the business and learn about operations, marketing, sales, and development.
