You will work under a Chef/Culinary director who has opened dozens of luxury hotels around the world for brands like W, Shangri-La, Fullerton Hotels Singapore. I have been trained and collaborated with Michelin Star chefs around world. You will be trained first as a cook, part-time. Then, if successful over time, more frequent and in mid/long-term as manager/sour chef in a highly successful supper club that does 5-course tasting menus inspired by Montreal's diverse culinary and immigrant communities. Location is Old Port. Pay ranges from 17-22 an hour depending on experience, with more above that based on performance and growth.
