I am looking for a personal chef for my friend. My friend suffers from long COVID, and has extreme fatigue, and requires a low-histamine diet. Due to her symptoms she does not have the energy to cook for herself.
How much would it cost to have meal prep 1-2 meals a day for her, for a month?
And would you be able to provide only low-histamine diet meals?
