Chef Job in Floral City, Florida

I'm looking for a talented chef who is willing to create a fabulous meal from groceries I purchase for my son's wedding at our home in the Citrus Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest. We are planning grilled chicken, pork loin, and appetizing pizzas fresh from our wood fired outdoor pizza oven. We need someone good at managing a timely meal who is willing to work with friends of ours who are volunteering to work as helpers and a few teen servers. Since the wedding is planned for a Wednesday evening at 5:30 pm, we will not know the number of guests attending until much closer to the March 20, 2019 date. We are approximating 65 - 80 guests.
