My name is Jared and I am a 36 year old male moving to the GVA, likely Langford in the next month or two for work.
With that I would really like to focus on getting healthy and losing weight, but I struggle to cook for just myself. I also lack the time to do so often with busy work hours.
I’m hoping for a type of customized plan for 14-21 meals per week, going closer to the keto side of things, higher protein and lower carbs, around 2000 calories a day.
